Pet Fee (Move-in, one time): $300 per household

Pet Rent (Monthly): $35 per pet, two (2) pets maximum

Washer/Dryer Rental (Monthly): $75 per set

Fully Approved Applicants: $700

Applicants Approved with Conditions: $1,200
